Her parents are Suzanne List and John List. List also has two brothers both of which are actors as well. She studied at Oak Park High School California where she graduated with a degree in 2016. List is Aries of English-Welsh descent. In the early years, her enthusiasm in performing arts as well as a model was also sparked. List's acting and modeling careers began in 2002. She starred in the soap As the World Turns (2002), played Bess in All My Children (2004) as well as her younger Jane Nichols of 27 Dresses. She was in many movies from the era of 2000s, like Then She Found Me (2007) opposite Helen Hunt and Michael Clayton (2007) with George Clooney.
