Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26, 1978) was born in the city of Campinas in Sao Paulo. She was on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira is a Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime part of the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. It was formed in the month of March, 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness and is an GI-TOC member on the Multilateral Engagement Team. Research conducted by the GITOC focus on assassinations, disappearances and other types of violence that occur in the framework of illicit economies. Alongside criminal organized, her work is focused on human rights implications and international humanitarian law. Ana Paula has an LL.M. Cum louise (with the highest distinction) of honors in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She also has an LL.M. and MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula is a graduate from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree in Legal Science as well as Social Sciences. She has been a practicing lawyer for four years. She has worked for a firm focusing on civil litigation that involves public law. In addition, she worked in assisting roles with non-governmental organizations that are based at Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
