Amy Smart

Amy Smart is an American former model and actress. Amy Smart was born in California and grew up there, but she began modelling in Italy. In 1996, she made her debut as an actress in a TV movie titled 'Her Pricely Affair.' In the following years, after which she starred in a small role in the film "Starship Troopers," she had a very difficult time. It was a hard time when she had to change from modelling to acting as the models weren't usually thought of as actors and were often given smaller and inconsequential parts. Amy persevered, and eventually she landed bigger parts, starting by appearing in the TV show "The 70's" and the feature film "Varsity Blues". In 2005, she was cast as the lead in the romantic comedy called 'Just Friends'. Ryan Reynolds also played the role. Amy became famous for her efforts during the past 10 years.
